Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted unless you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item straight from the package. You have 48 hours from the day you receive your item to email puppypurposepetshop@gmail.com if you would like to return the item. Please send us a picture of the item in the same condition that you received it. 

Puppy Purpose Pet Shop will determine whether a return, exchange, or refund is indicated. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at puppypurposepetshop@gmail.com. Please include your full name, a receipt with the order number, and a picture of the damaged/defective/incorrect product with information about what is wrong with the product. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
